A weekend getaway at Mepal Manor and Spa back in April was like a dream.
Intimately nestled among Berkshires’ trees and greenery the manor sits atop a gentle hill in the quite town of New Marlborough, Massachusetts. Just a short drive from Great Barrington. Offering tranquility and wonder. Splendid country living. Inn-keeper Elizabeth is a gem – warmest thanks!!!

Monika, you make even the strands of grass look tall and proud, as if they too share all our joys and agonies… There’s a certain mystique and even loneliness you captured in the manor, which is touching. Any chance some of these photos can be used in the manor’s website or brochure, both to capture the place for those who haven’t seen it, and to allow for more people to see these beautiful pictures? Good job Monishka, great colors too!
